Dining at Georges offers an impressive view of Paris from its chic rooftop setting, truly an experience in itself. The atmosphere strikes a lovely balance between casual and upscale, perfect for a romantic outing. I indulged in the tuna and pasta, which were delightful, while the salmon didn’t quite impress me - ever so slightly dry.

Service was top-notch, and the cocktails were creatively crafted. The price reflects the ambiance and location, but I can see why people keep coming back. A unique spot worth visiting! 🍷
