Khao San is an absolute gem in Portland! 🌟 We stumbled in during happy hour and tried the Hoy Joy as an appetizer - pork, shrimp, and crab wrapped in bean curd skin - truly fantastic! For mains, I opted for the holy basil chicken, going full-on spicy. It delivered on flavor and left me plenty for leftovers.

The casual vibe is perfect before a Timbers match, plus the service was friendly and fast. Can’t wait to return and explore the happy hour menu! Definitely a must-visit! 🍽️
