Caffe Mingo is a delightful find in Portland! 🍝 The cozy decor and inviting atmosphere set the perfect backdrop for indulging in their incredible spaghetti and luscious ravioli. We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service - shoutout to Claire for making us feel right at home!
