I absolutely love coming to Jimmy Johns especially when you live close by.
It’s easier and convenient.
Customer service is top tier, all employees are very polite and greet you the moment you walk in.
The sandwiches are refreshing and delicious!!! 10 out of 10!!!

No soap, no towels, air dryer not working in either bathroom.
How do people eat here?? Slow compared to other Jimmy John's locations. Nice person at the counter.

My boyfriend and I went here for the first time ever so we did not know how exactly to order.
We told them exactly what we wanted and what we did not want on our subs.
First they over charged us but they did end up refunding the money and charging the correct amount.
When we got out subs they were completely wrong so I went up to the counter to let them know and ask if I could get it made correctly.
They proceeded to yell at me saying “You need to say what you don’t want not what you want on it” and that it’s not a make your own sub.
They tried to charge me again to make it correctly even thought it was not our fault it was made wrong.
The service was horrible and one of the workers was extremely disrespectful.
Never again.
