Pizza was ready in 15 min and staff was congenial.The carpet in the dining section is stained and sections are roped off from the entrance.The cheese was sparse compared to the standard Pizza Hut pizza.Was asked by staff for a tip for takeout, which made me think this is a standard practice for this location as I haven’t encountered it at other Pizza Hut locations.Pizza Hut corporate either needs to pay their workers more or stop this policy, as the staff is not providing waitressing or any added service to merit a tip, any more than the hundreds of businesses around town.If pay is truly inadequate at this location, then passing the buck onto the customers to tip the difference is feeding into corporate greed and tipping fatigue.
Pizzas was over cooked and very dry.Large order not happy.Don't get me wrong I never have a problem with 1 pizza but I order 6 pizzas and all was over cooked and dry.Wings were great and crispy.Like I asked.
We ordered 2 pizzas that had a special with up to 5 toppings.You would think that a 3 topping pizza would be a least a little meaty with toppings right?? After all the deal was up to 5 toppings.Yup, nope.I needed a magnifying glass to find the bitty pieces of bacon and sausage.Should of taken some pics and posted "Can You Find These Items".I'm sure you would be in utter disappointment as well.
