Blue Fin Japanese Restaurant serves up some fantastic sushi and inviting dishes! 🍣 The shrimp tempura roll and the sweet potato roll are absolute must-tries - so fresh and flavorful!

The atmosphere is cozy, and despite its smaller size, I found it welcoming. Big shoutout to Chef Max for crafting such delicious sushi; you can truly taste the skill!

While the service could have been a tad friendlier, the owner, Evan, was attentive and made sure everything met our expectations. I can’t wait to return to explore more of the menu, especially their Korean offerings! ❤️
