Cute little deli with fresh food made to order.
It's nice to watch them make your food, knowing it's fresh at a decent price.
Small menu, but you can build your own sandwich.
Friendly service and the place is clean and tidy

Terrible.
The pancakes were stale and hard around the edges.
The eggs were covered with burnt grease from the griddle.
I had previously been here and had ordered a burrito which wasn't bad at all.
But whoever was "cooking" second time around needs to realize if you don't like your job you can find something better to do.

You cannot beat the philly cheesesteak combo and the people are super friendly too.
