September 10, 2024I recently visited Jack in the Box on Shaw Ave, hoping for a quick meal after a long day. While the service speed was impressive, I was disappointed with the food quality. My fries were cold, and the fish sandwich had no flavor.
The staff at the drive-thru were friendly, especially the older lady with the raspy voice. But the overall experience seemed disorganized. Despite my requests, I ended up with missing items in my order.
It's frustrating since I live so close; I'd love to see improvements here! 🌟
