The restaurant was packed with people so that was a good sign, or so we thought.
It looked cute inside, all the decor was nice.
At first, we were seated in a booth but it took about 10-15 minutes before anyone even remembered we were there and took our drink order.
Once we received our drinks, it wasn’t long before the food arrived.
I would rate my food a 3/10.
The waffle was okay but it wasn’t out of this world good.
They put a whole slice of cheesecake on top of the waffle, very interesting.
The biscuit and gravy was flavorless, even with salt and pepper added it still had no flavor.
My husband ordered a hamburger and the bacon was undercooked but the patty was overcooked? Maybe we came on a bad day but we probably wouldn’t return again.

The food here was quite solid.
My son ordered the Mediterranean omelette and I ordered the vegetarian omelette.
The country potatoes were nicely cooked and seasoned, the biscuit and gravy was very flavorful, and the omelettes were tasty.
They even have homemade salsa that they bring out for you.
The service is not their strength, but that's not why I go to restaurants! I definitely want to go back and try the chicken and waffles.
I saw many people ordering it and it looked great.

The food is great and the portion sizes are fantastic! You get what you're paying for and then some.
I usually end up splitting a plate with my husband because I'd never be able to finish a plate by myself.
