Ding Ho Kitchen is a hidden gem in Fresno that I’m thrilled to have discovered! 🌟 I recently tried the Mongolian beef and orange chicken combination plate, and both were outstanding - especially the tender Mongolian beef!
The orange chicken had a perfect balance of flavor and crispness, even after a drive home. The open kitchen setup is fun, letting you watch the chefs in action, though keep in mind there’s no indoor dining; just one table outside.
Definitely call ahead for pickup! I can't wait to return for more comfort food. 🍜✨
