Islands Restaurant in Carmel Mountain is a delightful spot for a casual meal! 🍔 The tropical decor sets a fun atmosphere, perfect for family gatherings or solo dining.

I had the Hawaiian Burger with a side of their fantastic fry basket - both were delicious, albeit a bit greasy. The service was impressively fast and attentive, especially during our Sunday lunch rush. Plus, the passion iced tea is a must-try!

Reservations are a good idea for larger groups, but our 15-minute wait was well worth it. Definitely returning for more! 🌴
