It was our first time at Ilios Noche, prompted by friends' recommendations.
It's surprising that, despite years of dining in the Waverly area, we had never visited this restaurant.
The service, food, and atmosphere exceeded our expectations! The menu offers something for everyone, and as a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), we sampled a diverse range of dishes—all of which were delicious.
We've now discovered one of our new favorite local restaurants.
I highly recommend giving it a try!

We started off with the hummus and calamari.
The hummus was chunky..which wasn't usual but pretty good.
Calamari..wasn't pleasant.
It had an odd taste..perhaps fresh just odd.
The tomatoe sauce was just enough to cover the taste.
The lamb burger was cooked perfectly and the salad we enjoyed.
The chicken panini was on the dryer side.
The potatoes I really enjoyed.
Blue cheese in the pizza...was unexpected.
I'm not even sure if it was blue cheese, but it's super funky and salty pizza.
It had a really bad balance of flavors.
On the other hand, the capellini was quite good.
Scallops cooked well, the pasta was definitely the most enjoyable dish.

This place is amazing and a top recommendation if in the Charlotte area.
You walk in and are warmly greeted by staff and live music.
The food is made with quality ingredients and prepared wonderfully.
Cant go wrong with anything on the menu that catches your eye.
The lamb chops and the ribs are my top choices!
