I recently visited IHOP on First Colonial Rd for a quick breakfast. While we found ourselves waiting to be seated despite the place being empty, our experience improved once we ordered.

I enjoyed the spinach and mushroom omelette, which was tasty and generously portioned, alongside fluffy pancakes.

The atmosphere felt a bit too dim and the music from the kitchen was quite distracting, but our server, Joseph, was attentive and made great recommendations.
