Hoorah Breakfast Cafe & Bar

Really enjoyed this place! The menu is astonishing, the portion sizes are ample, the flavors are really good.
My wife had the Stuffed French toast (a little too sweet for me, but she loved it), and I had the chorizo spicy hash (absolutely lived up to its name). The coffee bar (serve yourself out of Air Pots) offered something for everyone, and although the coffee was not brewed as strong as I like it, it didn't stop me from having three cups of coffee! We will come back for sure.

My recent visit to Hoorah Breakfast Cafe and Bar was a nice breakfast experience.
The cafe has a spacious, open-concept layout both indoors and outdoors, which was a refreshing change from the smaller diners I seem to have been eating at lately.
Conveniently located just off the freeway, parking was hassle-free with an abundance of spots available right in front or just a row away. We arrived at around 9:30 on a Saturday morning, I expected a crowd, but to surprisingly, we were seated right away without any wait.
The staff was exceedingly friendly and attentive, with our waitress Veronica providing excellent service from start to finish.
Our orders were taken swiftly and accurately, and our food arrived promptly within about 10 minutes of placing our order. Speaking of the food, it certainly didn't disappoint.
We ordered the Chilaquiles Verde and the Veggie Omelet, customized to exclude broccoli and add extra cheese, paired with the unlimited coffee bar option.
The Chilaquiles Verde stood out with its tangy and flavorful Verde sauce, which truly elevated the dish.
While the rice was enjoyable, the abundance of black beans was a bit overwhelming for my taste.
However, the Veggie Omelet was a hit, packed with a variety of well-cooked vegetables that were finely chopped, ensuring even cooking throughout.
The generous addition of half an avocado on top was a delightful surprise.
My only suggestion would be to cut the potatoes into smaller, crisper pieces to complement their superb seasoning even better. Overall, our breakfast experience at Hoorah Breakfast Cafe and Bar was a satisfying one.
With the attentive service and delicious food, this might become a regular spot for us.
Of course, further "research" into their menu offerings is definitely on the agenda—purely for the sake of culinary exploration, of course!

As stated in another review this is a great hidden gem in Rancho Bernardo. We were greeted and seated immediately upon entering by a very business-like hostess that could have smiled a bit more but she was not rude at all.
I'm not complaining though. I will say they have a very extensive menu for breakfast and lunch.
We were given menus for food, cocktails and specials.
I really liked the coffee bar with so many different coffees. My lady ordered steak and eggs and I had the stuffed waffle.
Both items came in about 15 minutes.
Though there was a moderate crowd the service was great. The food was excellent.
Steak was cooked correctly and he presentation on the stuffed waffle was excellent.
The food was very tasty.
I enjoyed it very much and would recommend Hoorah.
