Hokkaido in Chattanooga is a delightful find for sushi lovers! 🍣 On my recent visit, I tried the Hibachi chicken and was pleasantly surprised by its flavor and presentation - cooked just right! The atmosphere is casual, almost diner-like, but the food more than compensates for it.

I had the Tempura, which was crispy and light, though the scallops felt slightly over-frozen. There was a good vibe from the staff, despite a hint of hurry in the air.

Overall, Hokkaido offers a solid experience that I’d happily revisit for more sushi. Don’t miss out if you’re in the area! 😊
