Stopped in today for a quick lunch with my wife.
We used to eat and have margaritas here years ago when it was another establishment.
We had no idea it was a different place. When we arrived, we were quickly met with the sounds of the restaurant.
We were seated quickly.
With our server immediately at our table with chip's and salsa requesting our drink order.
I ordered a 32oz cerveza, which was cold and fresh.
We placed our order, Speedy Gonzalez, and a Margarita dip.
Both were brought out promptly and tasted very good. The food and service were great, which made for a pleasant lunch.
Would definitely eat here again when I'm on this side of the river....

Waited until my second time here to rate this restaurant.
Food is not worth taking home or eating there.
Fajitas were not marinated and bland.
Even the lime we squeezed on them did not help.
If a Hospital served Fajitas this is what you can expect. Server was not talkative and just answered if spoken too. The only this I liked was the patio.
Was a nice breeze blowing and peaceful minus the karaoke area. El Mason at Hamilton Place might be the last decent Mexican Restaurant in Chattanooga.
Decent does not mean standards of 10 years ago sadly.

The new owners of this establishment spared no expense in upgrading the decor with a fabulous array of hand painted murals.
The service is outstanding and the food delicious.
I had the vegetarian quesadillas which were stuffed with grilled peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and melted cheese inside a grilled flour tortilla and served with beans and rice.
They have excellent handicapped parking and are very reasonably priced with our bill for two at $23 before tip.
