I come to this restaurant a least once if not twice a week.
I picked up my order today and was beyond disappointed! The meat was HORRIBLE ( no flavor) but it was also BURNT! I called to let them know and was told I have to bring the food to them to get my money back..
first let me say, I didn’t ask for my money back! There are not a lot of places left to get a good fresh burger and unfortunately this place is one of them.
When you have a loyal customer call and complain, you should be a little bit more compassionate about their concern!! We’ve owned a business for over 50 years in the high 58 area and our customers nine times out of 10 are always right! Let me also say there has been other times I have not been happy with my order but I gave them several chances so this time ..I just could not ignore it!!Do better Armando’s!!

I am so sorry you had an issue with your order.
I will certainly let the kitchen know and will pull your ticket this evening.
We are happy to replace or refund any order that is not satisfactory, but we have had to start asking for the customer to return the food (even if it's not the same day) to receive the refund or replacement.
This was after several instances of people who never ordered, coming in and asking for replacements and refunds, claiming they talked to "another girl".
One individual did this every week for over a month before we realized there was no "other girl" and they were simply scamming small businesses.
This began happening on a regular basis, and since we have several waitresses there is no way they can all know everyone who comes in.
So we had to change our policy because of the scammers.
I am sorry it affects the honest customers as well.
All that aside, again I am sorry for your unsatisfactory experience.
As i said I will pull your ticket and leave instructions for a full replacement or refund at the register under your name.
I will also share your concerns with the ones who prepared your order.
We thank you for your business and hope you will come see us again.

My experience today was horrible! I was there at 1:45pm order a spaghetti dinner and add a side of fries to go.
Cashier stated give us 15 minutes.
I said sure.
Well 45 minutes later my food was not ready and yet 5 People that order behind got there's in 15 minutes.
I ask the status of my order and the cashier said well you ordered spaghetti.
I said or they making it from stratch from the time order? Of course not I should have my food.
Finally it was ready.
I checked my bag they left off the french toast and my fries were cold!!! I won't be back.
I'm willing to drive on the other side of town.

We had bacon cheeseburgers, fries, a salad and some fried green tomatoes.
The fries were great! Just didn't get very many of them.
Everything is individually priced here so $3 for a toddler handful of fries was a bit annoying.
The burgers were a great size, they just had zero flavor.
Not even a lick of salt.
I ended up not eating half of mine.
The patties are very thick so to be that bland, you kinda have to choke it down.
The salad was ok but the ranch was great.
It's homemade.
The sweet tea was the best around.
The fried green tomatoes would've been excellent if they had any flavor.
Again, not even salt.
And you also only get 3 of them.
Which I thought was odd.
Over a dollar for each slice.
Definitely not worth that.
The 2 ladies who were walking around and waiting tables were very nice.
Especially the taller blonde.
She may not love her job, but you'd never know that lol.
She was very nice to everyone who came through.
Not sure that we'll go again..
but if we do, I'll try the veggie plate next time.
