I've always loved Bojangles for its hearty Southern fare, but my recent visit to the Chattanooga location left me wanting more...

I ordered a Cajun chicken biscuit and some seasoned fries, but the service was incredibly slow, taking almost 20 minutes to get my order. When it finally arrived, the biscuit was warm but the fries had clearly been sitting for too long. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and while I appreciated their effort, the overall experience was disappointing.

I'll definitely try another Bojangles, just not this one. Hoping for better next time! 🍗
