Just back from another great lunch at Fringe.
Had the special Palisade Peach pizza.
Was excellent! While their pizzas never disappoint, they also have a great range of other entrees, really interesting and fun starters, and a great beer selection.
Adding a bar would round out the atmosphere perfectly!

Really nice pizza and friendly staff.
The atmosphere is relaxed and there's a nice outdoor area.
The eggplant parmigiana pizza was really delicious.
The crispy eggplant slices were unexpected but enjoyed and the dough was soft and not too much.

We got the Canadian and Veggie pizzas.
Both were really flavorful and different in their own ways.
I was able to swap out the pork for chicken in the canadian without an extra charge, which was amazing! The Canadian flavor profile was truly unique and the chili oil that they brought on the side really brought everything together, it was delicious.
It was also cool that they had non-beer drinks.
First time trying Docktails seltzer and it was a refreshing companion to the pizzas.
There are two outdoor patios, and the uncovered one in the front is dog-friendly.
There was no shade in that area so the sun was a bit uncomfortable.
Putting some umbrellas in that area will be better.
Otherwise great vibes, great staff, and really yummy pizzas.
