good location in this plaza.
the food was okay.
I don't like my sub hot and since this was my first time and I ordered online 🙃 I didn't correct them.
the prices are good when you gave a coupon.
the people are friendly enough and it was clean inside.

Online order didn’t start until we walked in 20 minutes after ordering .
Rude and didn’t care about getting anything done.
No customer service or apologies.
Last time to stop at this location.

Super disappointed with my experience tonight.
We arrived a little before 8:30.
No one greeted us.
I don’t think the lady who took our order said more than two words the whole time and she looked completely bothered that we were there.
When our order was ready we started to get it out to eat at our table when another lady came out and informed us that the lobby closes 30 minutes before closing because everything has already been cleaned.
What??? The store was supposed to be open for another 30 minutes and there was no sign anywhere stating that the lobby closes early.
We literally had to stand outside and eat our food.
I wish I had just refused to do so.
Worst customer service I have seen in a long time.
If this lobby closing early thing is even true they should be informing people before they order.
We were about to walk back in after eating our sandwiches outside to refill our soda when we saw them lock the front door at 8:40.
Won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
They clearly don’t want the business.
