Ordered at the drive through and they even repeated the order for accuracy.Get home and half of our order is missing.I ordered the chicken chilada platter and got beef instead.Missing 2 tacos and didn't get the quesadilla for the quesadilla combo we ordered.Very disappointed because it's the closest location and it takes 20 mins to get there.I'm a huge Taco Bueno fan but the fact that I now have to find something else for my kids to eat is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
I Truly enjoy Taco Bueno, it is my guilty pleasure, this location has demonstrated time and again that it has the worst service staff of any Taco Bueno, I am here on 05/11/24 and the cashier arrived 15 mins late, had 0 urgency even though my car was sitting on the drive thru, after finally pulling up to the window she seemed annoyed that she had to take my order. This is actually has happened before, this first time the cashier never showed up! That time the very friendly kitchen staff did everything they could to help me, they are great, and are who are keeping this location open, train this morning cashier, they are a detriment to this location.
Taco Bueno is usually solid at other locations, but this one was very disappointing.A $2 surcharge for carne asada - in which the beef did not taste fresh, and the quesadilla felt warm but tasted reheated - is not worth it.Minus 2 points. The condiments were clearly not fresh either.Minus a point. With that surcharge, this place was essentially charging sit-down restaurant prices for drive-thru restaurant food. This has to stop.Minus the last point I can subtract. You might as well take that same money and spend it down the street (eastbound on 380) outside of Providence Village: La Cima, if you have money for sit-down restaurant priced Tex-Mex; Pastelitos, if you're looking to spend less and like empanadas. You're welcome.
