I've eaten at other locations and wanted a quick breakfast before class, so stopped at this one.
They were really nice about missing the pickled onions which wasn't a big deal, my issue was the wrap itself tasted like a tortilla shell with water and chicken

This Salad and Go is the worst one I’ve been too.
They don’t even fill the bowls up like the other locations.
The ingredients were not all fresh either.
Then they took forever making my food.
Customer service lackluster also.
The one on 380 in Prosper/Frisco will be my go-to.
NEVER AGAIN will I patronize this location.

Wasn’t happy with my experience today.
I ordered ahead online and got to the store a little late.
Had to wait awhile to get my order.
I was told it would be a minute.
I waited 10.
Watching the two young girls in there standing in one spot chatting.
Not working.
when i got home i found this nasty, congealed salsa.
I’ve been to other salad and go’s and liked it.
I will not be returning to this location.
Or possibly any. Edit, after trying to eat the food, the beans are still very hard and dry in the middle.
And there was no turkey sausage in the southwest bowl.
It’s honestly ridiculous to order food ahead thinking it will be ready when you arrive, then still waiting 10 minutes for rotten salsa and wrong food and undercooked/poorly prepped beans.
