This location does not fill your coffee cup to the top! To all the “baristas “ at this location stop cheating customers out a full cup of coffee! If I tip and order a “Grande” I expect a full Grande not a “Tall” coffee in grande size cup! This happens “often” at this location so customers check your order especially if you use drive thru!!! Oan: Attention Management it’s time to retrain or hire better baristas at this location because obviously “some “if not all do not know how to make & provide a “Grande” coffee.
Very important to pay attention to detail I have attached 3 pics and marked with sharpie how much coffee was in cup! Truly unacceptable and disgusting to be handed half full cup of coffee in drive thru! This will be my last time patronizing this location!😡😡😡

I came in to Starbucks in Cross Roads the morning of 04/26/24 for coffee and to get some work done and was so impressed with the team of ladies working.
The store was absolutely slammed (several cars in the drive through line and about 8-10 people inside), and these ladies were absolutely hustling to get orders completed quickly.
Their communication was stellar, often calling out customer names for the drink they were currently working on to let customers know their drinks were almost ready.
Everyone worked as a team, helping each other readily, and I never heard any complaining from any of the staff.
Despite working under so much pressure, they maintained a friendly atmosphere, greeting new customers and taking new orders with a smile.
These employees are an asset to the Starbucks organization, and I hope this review reaches them.

I have to say that this Starbucks by far has given me the best service I've experienced! I wanted to try out a new coffee on their menu, the barista helped me so much to make my coffee decision which I really appreciate.
Most people don't care what you order.
They went above and beyond to make sure I liked mine..
