MY WHOLE ORDER WAS COMPLETELY INCORRECT! I ordered 2 large red beans they gave me mashed potatoes with a top of a drink container and it spilled all over !!!!! It’s.
ALL WRONG !!!!!!!!!!

I picked up a mobile order through the drive-thru, and I was greeted at the widow by Tanisha.
She was so pleasant that I came home and wrote this review! I had two pick-up orders, and instead of making me go around through the drive-thru again, she said, "Wait right here and I'll get it for you." I wouldn't have minded going around again, but the thoughtfulness of this employee, not asking me to, and desiring to make it as convenient as possible for me is outstanding customer service.
She greeted me with a smile, and I drove off with a smile! Great service and great food! Thanks for doing your part to ensure a raving fan left your establishment this evening!

First they wouldn't allow me to order 8 piece wing family box.
Then made me wait 15 minutes for all white 8 piece family box.
Then the drinks were trash.
The frozen strawberry lemonade wouldn't mix after she poured a ton of strawberry puree in it.
The strawberry tea was hot.
Then I get home with the 15 minute chicken and it's NOT what I ordered.
It's a mix of dark and white.
THEN no one answers the damn phone.
It rings and rings and when ii picks up it says goodbye.
I do not have 20 minutes to drive back there for what I actually paid for.
Also, please remove people from the window who do not understand what people are saying and who are sitting on the floor in front of the window when a customer pulls up.
