I was in the area and decided to stop here, there aren't any near me.
Let's just say that what I got was sinfully delicious...OMG.
I had egg and bacon wrapped in a pancake...who does that!! Delicious!!! I also got hash browns, not my favorite.
The young man who gave me my order was very polite and pleasant!

The staff were so rude to my partner and I that it genuinely put a damper on our morning.
We’re talking dirty looks just for existing and being customers.
To note, it is nurses week and the free medium iced coffee was advertised for nurses! When I asked about it checking out and showed my badge, I literally heard the employees talking about me saying “she just wants free coffee” and saying “nah she’s gotta pay for that,” etc.
I was so uncomfortable and just wanted to leave at this point so I didn’t say anything and just paid for my coffee so I could get out of there ASAP.
They were so rude all around.
On top of that, the coffee was stale and overall horrible with 0 flavor so we ended up going to a much more reputable coffee chain next door right after leaving.
I never really go to Dunkin’ but there’s a new location being built right next to our house so we figured we’d give it another try, especially with the nurses week discount (that they didn’t even give me).
I wish we didn’t and I remember why I never go in the first place! I won’t make that mistake again and highly recommend going elsewhere for your coffee.
There’s lots of better options around!

The chocolate donut was half filled, and my dozen donut holes contained only 8 and were not the ones I ordered.
I was super sad.
The two young men taking orders in the drive-through struggled, taking and making my order.
I was sad, but I still love Dunkin'
