Pretty mediocre.The prices are high enough that you might as well go to a regular restaurant.The quality is close to fast food quality though.Think McDonald’s or Wendy’s.The fries also aren’t waffle fries, despite advertising showing them as waffle fries.Won’t be back!
The service is not that quick to get your meal, however, everything is being made fresh, so I completely understand it is taking longer.This is not a bad thing.I had the Impossible Burger, and it was very good and tasty.Could tell it was cooked and hot off the grill.It is pretty thin and would like either a double patty or it to be a little bigger but very tasty again.I would recommend this place.It is easily located in a strip mall with free parking.Will definitely be back.
Dear Epic Burger on North Ave (next to West Elm), I have always had a good experience when I've eaten in this location, but today it was EPIC!!!! The young person who greeted us/ took our order was kind and welcoming beyond a fast food restaurant expectation of service.He just seemed that he was happy to be at work, greeting people and doing his job.My friend and I ate our food, while we were there this young man bused tables, took more orders and was so wonderful to everyone in the shop.We finally asked his name...he did tell us, but I don't want to name him publicly...we were there today (4/2/2024) around noontime.He was such a joy to interact with that I had to say something. Thank you "C"!!! from Turkey with Bacon and lots of sauce & Classic with small fries.
