Had the pleasure of dining at this cozy spot in Chicago! The carnitas were out of this world - tender and bursting with flavor. The staff was so welcoming, and the decor made me feel like I was in Mexico! Can't wait to return...!

Wow, what an incredible experience at Carnitas Uruapan! 🌮 The ambiance was cozy yet trendy, truly transporting me to Mexico. I indulged in the carnitas, which were the highlight - so flavorful and tender! The nopal salad and beans complemented the dish perfectly.
The staff was welcoming, and the service was top-notch, even if I mistakenly tried to order at the counter! 🤦♂️ The only downside was that I wished the carnitas were served a bit hotter, and the guacamole could use more seasoning.
I can't wait to come back to this gem on 55th! Just remember, street parking can be tricky on weekends...
