You have a delivery driver that constantly asks for a tip.
Guadalupe Ruiz I believe is her name.
She comes to deliver the food and doesn't even say hello.
She just says "you have a tip for me?" You can't pressure people into tipping you.
Especially when a pizza is 60+ dollars.

My recent visit to Piezano left much to be desired.
Despite the hefty price tag of nearly $5 per slice, the quality of the pizza fell short of expectations.
One would typically associate such prices with downtown establishments known for their premium offerings, but unfortunately, this wasn't the case in the Brighton Park area. Beyond the exorbitant pricing, the wait time of approximately 7 minutes every visit for a single slice only added to the disappointment.
In an area where quick and delicious options are valued, the prolonged wait was simply unjustifiable and rendered the experience even less enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Piezano was underwhelming, and I would recommend exploring other options in the area for better value and taste.

I paid $18 total for a slice of sausage (cashier rung up a cheese slice), breaded mushrooms and a cannoli.
Everything is given in white bags that are staple closed, I guess one larger bag for all your items is out of the question. My order was a takeout.
The pizza was wrapped in foil that by the time I got home the cheese had infused onto the foil (I live 5min away).
This was disappointing.
The breaded mushroom were fine, small serving though.
I get half a pound for about the same price down the road.
The cannoli, well it was missing filling in the middle.
They just filled it on either side to make it look like it was filled completely.
Yea I’m never coming here again, unless it’s for a refund.
