I've never heard of a restaurant that allows it's employees to lock the doors before time of closing, and expects customers to call inside to have the doors unlocked.I had an order placed for pickup and arrived at the store half an hour before they closed and doors were locked. When I called the next day, rightfully asking for a refund, I was informed that because I didn't try calling inside a locked store to get my food, my refund wasn't viable. It's honestly a lack of respect and common sense.
Maybe just stick to their pizza? I don't mind waiting for good and hot lunch, but this definitely wasn't worth the 45 min wait. The $16 Chicken Parmesan barley had any sauce on it, full of hard cheese on top and dry spaghetti noodles on the bottom. $10 Crispy Chicken Wrap was full of CUCUMBERS, a whole bottle of bbq sauce, and some type of ranch tiziki sauce?..Which is odd because cucumbers wasn't not listed on the menu description. Not to mention very overpriced, paid $45 for 3 lunch meals!
First let me say that the service is good.Everyone is friendly and polite. But the pizza was not good.First, they got my order wrong.I ordered a half cheese half mushroom. They gave me all cheese.2nd, sause is non existent.Pizza was dry.Had a hard time just swallowing it.3rd, Pizza dough was hard.I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but in my opinion, for the amount of money, probably one of the worst pizza I've ever had.We didn't even finish it.Pop N Pizza on 59th and Lawndale have a party pizza with 1 ingredient for $20.With a free soda.I spent almost $50 here. What makes me salty is that I remember Beggars pizza being really good, and I was willing to spend the extra money.Unfortunately, never again.
