My sandwich was burnt so bad I couldn't eat it and also potbelly how you gonna make an avo turkey with no avo? And i ordered Mac and cheese it never arrived! This is the worst potbelly I have ever ordered from and spent allot of money just for me to not be able to have dinner.
I'm so disappointed.
Now I have no dinner and a burnt sandwich I can't eat 😢

I asked for light hot peppers and not so much of the pepper oil…my sandwich was completely ruined from the overload of peppers.
I try to make sure I say it twice and they still do what they want to do.
This is peppers I took off just from one side, that’s ridiculous

Seriously this location is horrible and horrible with service!! ordered online - called to make sure they got it, they didn't so i reordered and it went through.
called to see if we could pick it up earlier and they changed it on their end.
we went to pick up the order and it was never made, the girl confirmed the order and didn't do anything with it! idk why we continue to order from this location..
always an issue with something.
