Drae's Lake Route Eatery is a hidden gem in Seattle! ☀️ I visited for brunch and was blown away by the salmon philly cheesesteak - so light and full of flavor! The chicken and waffles were a hit too; juicy wings paired with a unique, almost pancake-like waffle.

The atmosphere is cozy and casual, perfect for solo dining or catching up with friends. Fast service made it easy to enjoy my meal without a long wait. Don't miss their pineapple mimosa! 🍍 Just a note: they stop serving by 1:30 PM, so plan accordingly! I'll be back for sure!
