The service was good here, and they did what they could.
There was a supremely dissatisfied customer that made themselves known to the entire staff and every customer in the store.
The manager handled it professionally and quickly in my opinion.
We showed up an hour and a half before closing.
The men's restroom needed some attention, and a deep clean.
The store was nice, as usual.
Our food came out properly, the main courses were fine.
A lot of our side dishes looked like they had been under the heat lamps for a while.
I'm a big fan of the hash brown casserole, but this one was dry and a tough chew.
The same for the apples.
The cornbread and biscuits were great.

Took over an hour to get our food.
Waitress disappeared for long periods.
We went off to find the manager to inquire when we might see our food, and were given vague assurances and an excuse about a large takeout order getting in the way.
Unacceptable, but even more so given that the rest of our area all received their food before us.
When the food finally arrived, you could tell that much of it had been plated for an extended period and had dried out.

Lovely, the food was fresh.
It was delivered quickly.
The service was great.
The atmosphere was great.
It was a nice dining experience.
