A major let down! Not my first time eating here but maybe my last.
$33 for a large chicken parm sub, small teriyaki sub and a medium fries.
You'd expect a packed sub and lots of fries...nope.
They didn't put teriyaki sauce on the sub and it was chicken and cheese basically....no sauce on the chicken parm sub....
I had to physically go back in and ask for it! I also counted only 8 bite size piece of chicken on a 12 inch sub.
The last 2 inches of each half of my sandwich didn't even have anything in it....just bread!! The last piece wasn't even cooked....it was raw.
I get inflation and food cost but we're paying $30+ for a SANDWICH and it's not even filling for a 6 year old.
It's just pathetic.
Customers are going through inflation too...you can't rip us off.
I've reached out to Penn Station management via their website.
Not expecting them to help but we will see.

Haven't been to PS since my five year old passed away from brain cancer, PS was her favorite place to eat after chemo and radiation.
When I teared up while ordering the staff embraced me and said our meal was on them.
Can't say how much means to me and my son after everything we have been through.
They didn't have to do that but saw I was struggling.

I ordered a Philly with double meat to go but when I got home the sandwich did not have the double meat that I paid for plus I found the fries to be just barely warm I will not be back.
