September 28, 2024I recently dined at the Blue Horse Restaurant during my stay at the Crowne Plaza in Louisville, and I had a delightful experience overall!
The atmosphere was casual and cozy, perfect for a relaxed meal. I had the shrimp and grits, which were well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. The drink menu was impressive too, and I really enjoyed their happy hour specials!
Our waitress, Sharon, provided exceptional service - she was warm and attentive. Although the menu offerings were a bit limited and there are some renovations happening, I'd definitely return for more of their delightful coffee and to see the updated menu next time! ☕️✨
