The most disorganized and unprofessional Chick-fil-A I have been to.The entire staff needs to be fired and they need to rehire everyone.Maybe then they can work together and run the business smoothly with little abrasion.Bunch of young employees running around joking with each other or even arguing in front of all the customers.Ridiculously long wait for an establishment that prides themselves with fast and friendly customer service.Drive thru is an absolute disaster and so was waiting inside.Go to any other Chick-fil-A in VB and it is not going to be like this. Food quality was not as good at this location either but I pretty much expected that.
On vacation & came through on my way to Virginia Beach - parking lot was super weird. Service was fast & efficient.Food was fresh & delicious as always, per Chick-Fil-A being the best ! ♥️👏🙌 Glad I stopped in & will recommend this location to anyone who loves Chick-Fil-A as much as I do!
"Fast" food.The fact our food was still pretty hot by the time we got it, I'm assuming the poor kids in the BOH were working their butts off, but it still took a while.I've seen other locations with far longer drive-through lines, but keeping things moving at a good clip.This location just felt bogged down.The dining room was also in some disarray, being poorly stocked, and not the spotless dining environment I know the brand prides itself on.
