Chez Thuy offers a taste of Vietnam worth exploring! I tried their pho combination, and while the broth was flavorful, the meat could have been more tender. The crispy fried quail was definitely the highlight, though I found a feather on it - an odd touch! The staff seemed a bit rushed, perhaps due to being understaffed, but the cozy atmosphere makes up for it.

Overall, a solid spot to indulge your cravings, but maybe just keep your expectations in check... 🍜
