I recently visited Blue Sky Texas and had a mixed experience. The star of the show was definitely the bunless chili cheeseburger - it was juicy and flavorful! 🌶️ I loved how the chili was served separately, allowing me to customize my meal.

However, the fries were a letdown - soggy and not up to par. The atmosphere is casual and friendly, with quick service that makes it a family favorite.

If they could improve the fries and add some shade to the patio, this could be a go-to spot! I might swing by again for that burger... 🍔
