Exactly what I needed during a long road trip.
I live about 4 hours away from Louisville but have already planned to come back and eat here.
Authentic and great flavor.
If you are in the area and want some Mexican food, stop here.
This food was a blessing after living on gas station snacks, fast food, and the same old hotel breakfast all week.

My husband and I love this place, says he's pretty sure the owners are from Cali because it's the best burritos he's had.
Constantly asks to come back and I enjoy their burritos as well.
Really great quality meat and ingredients.

Used to be a great place to grab a to-go burrito.
The food is nothing special, but the salsas make them unique to the hundred other burrito shops in town.
Unfortunately, today after ordering a Cardinal burrito for $18 I was limited to two salsa cups, or barely enough for half of the burrito.
Tried to ask for more, a reasonable request given the size of the burrito, but was met with "no". I see no reason to return given that they're limiting customers on the one thing that makes them stand out from everyone else. If you love the green sauce as much as I do, do yourself a favor and learn how to make it.
It's easy and all over Youtube.
Onions, jalepenos/serranos, and oil in a blender and you've got yourself a delicious sauce that you can slap on any burrito from anyone in town.
