Asada Mexican Grill is a delightful discovery in Lubbock! 🌮 I recently tried the barbacoa nachos, and wow - what a generous portion drizzled with queso and paired with a spicy green salsa! The atmosphere is clean and inviting, with plenty of seating.

I highly recommend the carne asada quesa-tacos; the hand-made tortillas are a game changer, topped with tender, seasoned steak and fresh toppings.

Don’t skip the chimi cheesecake for dessert - it's a sweet ending to a fabulous meal! A must-visit when in town! 😋
