Applebee's Grill + Bar

I spent $22 on this half slab of ribs.
The fries were cold and limp.
I paid $4 for an iced tea.
A party of 29 came in right before us and used ALL the silverware, so we didn't get any.
The waitress brought me 1 paper napkin and 1 wet towelette for ribs!! I was not impressed and definitely won't be back.
What restaurant runs out of silverware? I've never seen that happen, and having worked in food service for many years, I find that unacceptable.
Applebee's, get it together.
We may be in a recession, but the silverware you can get on wholesale would not bankrupt you.

Joel S was our server on 5-17-24.
Table 11 at 7:33 pm (receipt attached) We had an excellent experience.
Our total was 78.93, so we left Joel S a $20 cash tip.
I thought this 26% tip was pretty generous.
Apparently Joel S did not. Once the balance cleared my bank , an additional $10 was added to our card fraudulently.
I immediately reported to my bank and attempted multiple times to speak to a manager, always being told that someone was on vacation and they would get back to me.
I have called 4 times with no one ever returning my call for follow up.
On our last call, the manager -Chris- did admit to me that “corporate” came in and took the ticket to investigate. Applebees has yet to take responsibility for Joel’s actions but since they refunded my money to my card, I can only assume they could see an additional $10 was added FRAUDULENTLY. I will never go to this establishment again and watch out for a Joel S working there or anywhere.

This was a quick Sunday lunch after picking up my kid from her school.
We had a long island ice tea and original margarita.
She had some buffalo boneless wings, and I had the classic combo with spinach dip, Buffalo wings, mozzarella sticks, and quesadillas.
It was delicious we sat at the bar.
Tahadra was our server, and she was attentive and great.
Everyone was very friendly.
Nice atmosphere, great drinks, and food.
