Husband said this was one of the best steaks he has had in the Huntsville area so far! We had a wonderful server and got seated pretty quickly.
This restaurant is inside a hotel which we didn’t expect but it was beautiful inside and out! Food was delicious.
Definitely recommend the bourbon cake!

We visited CO/OP back on Valentine’s Day and thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
While the setup is a bit unconventional, being located inside an open hotel lobby, our meal was superb.
The filet is easily the best I’ve had in the Huntsville area thus far, with the garnishes being the highlight of the dish by complementing the beef so well.
Service was prompt and friendly and we enjoyed our drinks.

My husband and I both started with the house salad.
We could have shared one because they were so big.
The croutons were very different, but very good.
I had the white shrimp withe gouda grit cake.
It was delicious with an unbelievable sauce.
My husband had the New England scallops with pasta and fried collard greens.
The scallops were cooked perfectly and the pasta was very light.
I wasn’t a fan of the collard greens, but my husband liked them.
This is a hidden gem.
