Based on the poor customer service at both CAVA's in Madison, I had to find a new spot for my veggie bowls, and I think it is place is it.
I visited this location at least three times before writing this review, and the customer service and food quality were consistent.
I love to make the build your own bowl.
The staff here is super friendly and the food is so fresh.
The vibe of this restaurant similar to Subway or Chipotle in the sense that you tell them what you want in the bowl.
Their bowls are larger than most, and the price reflects it, so you will pay a little more for a bowl here.
Based on the reviews for the other store, I drive over to this one.
You should check them out.
You will not be disappointed.
They make the dressing fresh every day, and if you do not want to build your own, you can pick a feature salad and modify it.

I had a fantastic experience at Chop N Fresh! The Sweet Bowl Alabama was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor.
The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
I can't wait to return in the near future.
