This restaurant was our first time eating here, and it was a very nice and enjoyable experience. When you enter, you're cordially greeted and seated in an adequate amount of time, especially when you have reservations. You're immediately greeted by your server. Our server was Shelby, who was the best. She was well informed about the menu and suggestions as to what we would like to eat Our food arrived at the right time and temperature and was really great from appetizers' dinner to dessert it all was a nice surprise as well and greatly appreciated We also noticed how certain staff made sure things ran smoothly throughout the evening. Now that's five star

My wife and I had a fantastic dinner experience at 131 Main! The atmosphere is perfect for upscale casual dining - inviting and stylish. Our server, Kellie, was top-notch.She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our experience was great. The food came out incredibly fast, in about 10 minutes, and everything was piping hot. We could tell the ingredients were fresh by the taste and perfect seasoning.I had the slow roasted chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken itself was juicy and flavorful, and the smashed potatoes were a perfect complement. My wife ordered the crabcakes, and they were loaded with succulent crabmeat. The sauce was also amazing! We highly recommend 131 Main and will definitely be back to try more of their menu.

We were a party of four that arrived during lunch on Super Bowl Sunday. Most of the food was top-notch and very delicious (see the pictures for visual reference). The ambiance, food presentation, and the service were fantastic. Most of the food was great, except for my steak entrée. I'm not sure that the cut of meat that I received was entirely "ribeye" based upon the toughness on more than half of it (the shape of it was not quite "ribeye" cut either, which may have been the root of the problem). Not only that but it was obvious that the A1 steak sauce that they gave to me was either some Dollar Store knockoff, or was watered down in order to lower their costs or something... When dropping $285 on a 4-person meal, I expect my medium rare steak to be tender all the way through (not half tough and half tender), and I expect honest to goodness A1 steak sauce. I'm not the complaining type, but had the seagull manager that was working the store and who passed by our table at least five times during our visit actually stopped to ask, then I would have informed Mr.Blue Shirt of the steak and sauce situation. However, I'm not going to beg for or "Karen" your attention. If you care, then you'd stop and ask how things are going. Will I be back? It's iffy. If you do, then you'll enjoy it as long as you steer away from their tough steak entrees and don't ask for A1 sauce.
