I wanted crispy chicken sandwich instead they gave me this.this not what I order I order a chicken sandwich meaning chicken patty not chicken tenders I come here alot got the receipt to prove it this right here is so beyond not right.i never get cheese on my signature sandwich.I will be sending this to corporate office in the morning l.Update I made a complaint but Zaxby's don't care about their customers at all just look at how many of customers have complain about this locations.
Ordered a kids meal cheese , got chicken with fries went back through drive thru gave them the bag told them they gave me wrong food they made the cheese and put it in the same box.Husband ordered wings and things and the bbq wings tasted old … this is the worse zaxbys ever…!!!!

Calling names for orders instead of order numbers is a hassle. The following is a real face to face conversation I had with another human being.The most simple fast food transaction ever, and they were mystified. Me: I'd like a club sandwich and a drink please? Cashier: so you want the meal? Me: No just the sandwich and a drink. Cashier: ok so that's one club sandwich meal. Me: No I don't want the meal just the sandwich and a drink. Apparently this was way too much for her to figure out, so I just bought the meal.It was like being extorted for extra my money by an imbecile.I ordered to go and they came out with "dine in", Also the sandwich was incorrect when I opened the bag.
