I found a roach in my food… i have nothing else to say because im truly disgusted.
This is a decent Japanese fast food restaurant with pretty decent food.Unfortunately since the new owners have taken over, the food quality and quantity has gone down.The prices have gone up and nothing to show for unfortunately.It’s even worse when you order delivery because there a notable difference in amount of food that you get when it’s dine-in/takeout and delivery.Unfortunately when it’s delivery, it’s less.I understand times are hard but as a consumer, it’s not as viable anymore to keep going.
Refused service 3 times.Said they were closed.Got there at 7:30, 7:40; 7:33 all 3 times and it clearly states they close at 8pm.Drove over an hour each time.Tonight there were people ordering as we walked up.We we stepped up to order they say ...ohh sorry we are closed.We close at 7:30...............disappointing is an understatment.As a restaurant you do no refuse service that far ahead of closing time, nor do you lie about it.
