Yuri Japanese Restaurant has become my go-to spot over the years! Nestled in Evergreen Plaza, this cozy place offers fast, friendly service and excellent fish quality.

We indulged in the Yuri special plate for two and added a fire crunch roll, and we definitely left with leftovers! The highlight was the Kelvinator roll - an incredible mix of salmon, eel, spicy tuna, and crab.

Though the prices lean a bit higher, the generous portions are worth it! I just wish they’d add some Japanese music for that authentic vibe… Can’t wait to go back! 🍣✨
