Absolutely loved the jalapeno chicken at Wong’s Kitchen! The dish had the perfect balance of spice from the jalapenos and savory flavors from the tender chicken.
Each bite was bursting with deliciousness, and the presentation was impeccable.

I’m genuinely so upset and wish I could give this place a 0.
We ordered the combination Lo Mein and found a staple in a piece of the steak!! My partner was eating-chewing and felt something sharp, luckily he was able to notice it before he swallowed.
So devastating and NOT safe to eat!

The only chance this may happen, that staple could fly 2 yards and hook a piece of beef in lomein noodle.
Staple size metal we can feel it at first bite, not something mashed with a piece of beef. Based on the shape of that staple, looks like someone ripped the bag while eating.
That staple had a chance jumped into a plate.

I ordered the Springfield Cashew Chicken with some eggrolls and Crab Rangoon.
Overall the food was good, though there were two things that could have been done better: 1.
The sauce could have been packaged separately from the chicken, preventing it from becoming soggy. 2.
The sweet and sour sauce was cold.
Not “sat on the counter for an hour” cold, more like “sat all day in the fridge” cold.
This was definitely unexpected, and not in a positive way. Overall, a solid choice for Chinese food in Olathe.

Thanks for letting us know your experience. We can always do sauce on the side for most dishes, of course, including springfield cashew chicken.
Just let us know when you order or leave note for online order, we will do that way instead of cooking together. For the sweet and sour sauce, we do have two kinds of those, warm and cold.
