La Pasadita is an absolute delight! 🌮 Located in the KC Donut Co lot, this Mexican food truck surprised us with its vibrant flavors.

I tried the Birria tacos, which were a warming explosion of meaty, cheesy goodness - truly a 10/10 experience! My partner enjoyed the chicken tacos that were equally fresh and flavorful.
