Freaky fast just like they advertise.
This is our go to for Subs.
We like the chewy bread and simplicity of the sandwiches.
The food is always fresh.
We always get the same sandwich.
I appreciate that it is always made the same (regardless of the location or person who makes it).

This was our first visit ever to a JJ! It was okay! The bread was ok, and the selection of toppings was limited and unexpected! The facility was nice and clean and the staff wasn't the most helpful being a first time customer.
I know what to expect now so I'll give them another try later down the road! Everything tasted good and fresh! We ate in to get a feel of the restaurant chain and measure their atmosphere!

I waited maybe 30 min after I ordered outside.
I clicked here on both the app and the email.
I finally got an update that it was ready and when I went in I was immediately met with rude hostility it felt like.
The excuse being we just had a big group come in.
I get it I do, it’s hot and a big group would send me over the edge.
I just don’t get why I would be getting an attitude when I just got in there? Would not go here again.
