This place needs to be closed down.Water is leaking everywhere.By the food/ drink station, in the ladies bathroom it's coming out of the electrical lights, lobby, and other areas they have cups overflowing with dirty water.The unlocked chemical cabinet was in kids reach.The lobby was dirty and there was not one customer there.Charged me over 2.00 for water.Sign busted outside just laying on the ground. Lock/door handle to ladies room not secure.The manager was rude and dismissed concerns including being charged for water.All photos are from this location only.Ross and I-40.
Food was great.Just what we needed on our trip home.They were experiencing a lack of workers, so some patience all the way around was in order.So, people in line to order was the priority… Not the RR’s, unfortunately.I would guess that will be taken care of when the other staff shows up.Give the manager some koudous for working like crazy.
The staff is very attentive and the food is of a high quality. I appreciated the quiet and relaxed atmosphere and would recommend it for a quiet lunch stop. P.S.The drive-thru can get busy at this hour.
